What to sell with GoHighLevel: the offers I'd lead with, and what comes after
Heads up: the trial buttons on this page use my affiliate link. If you sign up through it I get a commission. It doesn't cost you more.
Sell local businesses an outcome they already ask for, in their words: never miss a call, more 5-star Google reviews, show up on Google Maps and in ChatGPT, a website that books jobs, past customers back on the calendar, fewer no-shows. Build it in GoHighLevel, and keep the CRM, the workflows and the white-label software in the back end, where they turn one fix into a monthly account.
This is the framework I use and teach in my community. It's three levels of offers, with what you build for each one and how to see from the outside that a business needs it before you ever reach out. How to pitch, demo and close is a separate page: Sell AI to local businesses. This one is only about what to sell.
Short version
- 01Easy to understand isn't the same as a good front-end offer. Ads are easy to understand, but you don't control the result. That's the SMMA problem.
- 02A good front-end offer passes four tests: the owner already uses the words, you can demo it on their business in under 5 minutes, they see a result within a week, and you control the result.
- 03Level 1 needs no education. Level 2 needs one sentence or a quick demo. Level 3 is the back end and never the pitch.
- 04Pick the offer from what you can see from outside: an unanswered call, a thin review count, no website, a rank you can check.
- 05Sell the outcome. The system is the how. The ladder goes front end, then core, then back end, with your white-labelled software as the monthly product.
The four tests for a front-end offer
A lot of people pick their first offer because it's easy to explain. Ads and social media content are easy to explain. Every owner knows what an ad is. But you don't control the result: the algorithm, the creative, the budget and the market all sit between your work and their phone ringing. That's the SMMA problem in one line, and it's why I don't lead with ads.
So before I sell something as the first thing a business buys from me, it has to pass four tests.
1. It's said in words the owner already uses. Calls, customers, reviews, bookings. If you have to explain the word first ("conversational AI", "CRM", "automation"), it's not a front-end offer.
2. You can demo it on their own business in under 5 minutes. Call them after hours, then call the agent you built for them. Show them their own Google listing next to the top three. No slides.
3. They see a result within a week. A missed call that got a text back tonight. Three new reviews by Friday. Not "give it six months".
4. You control the result. If it works or doesn't depends on what you built, not on an ad platform or on whether the owner remembers to do something.
Everything in Level 1 below passes all four. Level 2 passes most of them once you've said one sentence or shown a short demo. Level 3 fails them on purpose, which is why it's the back end.
Level 1: front-end offers that need no education
These are the offers I'd lead with. The owner hears the name of the offer and already knows what it means and why they'd want it.
| Offer | What you build in GoHighLevel | Why it works up front | How to see they need it before you reach out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Never miss a call | Missed call text back workflow, or a Voice AI receptionist set to answer after hours or as a backup | You demo it by calling them after hours, then calling yours. It works the first night. | Call after hours: nobody answers, nobody calls back. Google reviews that say "never called back". |
| More 5-star Google reviews | Review requests sent after each job, plus Reviews AI drafting or posting replies | Owners already watch their star rating. New reviews show up within days. | Review count and rating against the top 3 on Maps, no recent reviews, no owner replies |
| Show up on Google Maps and in ChatGPT | Google Business Profile cleanup, Listings, review requests, a site with schema auto-generated on publish and an llms.txt file, tracked with the AI Search Visibility score | You show them a score out of 100 and a heatmap, fix what's on the list, then rerun it | Their rank for "[trade] near me", what ChatGPT or Perplexity says for "best [trade] in [city]", an incomplete profile, a name, address or phone that doesn't match across sites, and the Prospecting audit |
| A new website that books jobs | A site from AI Studio or a template, with a booking calendar, a chat widget and the AI search settings on | Every owner knows what a website is. You can build a mock on their brand before the call. | No website or a Facebook page only, not mobile friendly, an old copyright year, no https, a poor PageSpeed score |
| Fill your calendar from past customers | Database reactivation with AI Campaigns in Conversation AI, sent to contacts who opted in | It uses a list they already own. Replies and bookings come in the same week. | Years of reviews means a big past-customer list sitting in a spreadsheet or a phone |
| Fewer no-shows | Confirmation and reminder texts and emails on the calendar, and a deposit taken when they book | Owners know exactly how many no-shows they had last week | A no-show fee posted on their site or booking page |
Level 1 from my offer framework (Nov 2026). Feature status and dates checked on HighLevel's changelog, help docs and pricing page on Nov 4, 2026.
Where each Level 1 build lives
Never miss a call: the text-back version is in Missed call text back and the receptionist is in Build an AI voice agent. Set the receptionist to after hours or backup if they have a front desk, so nothing changes during the day.
More reviews: Google review automation. Ask every customer the same way. Don't filter who gets the request based on whether they were happy, that's review gating and Google doesn't allow it.
A website that books jobs: AI Studio tutorial. AI Studio came out of Labs for all locations on Sep 22, 2026. Sub-account permissions for it are off by default, so turn them on for the people who need it.
Past customers: AI Campaigns shipped on Oct 27, 2026 and sits behind the Conversations AI Outbound switch in Labs. You run it from Contacts > AI Campaign, or select contacts and click Start AI campaign. The agent writes the first message, follows up, and books when people reply. Only send it to contacts who agreed to hear from the business. The agent setup is in Train Conversation AI.
The newest Level 1 offer: show up on Google Maps and in ChatGPT
This one is new this year, and owners are asking about it before you bring it up. HighLevel now has the pieces to sell it as a measurable fix.
The score. Marketing Audit Reports have an AI Search Visibility section (announced in the LevelUp Day 2026 post on Oct 27, 2026, turned on in Labs). It gives a score out of 100 with four areas: local presence (name, address, phone, listings and reviews across Google and directories), crawler access (whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini crawlers are blocked in robots.txt), AI readability (schema, business info, llms.txt, content that needs JavaScript) and agent readiness (can an AI assistant find the phone number, start a call, send an enquiry or book). It ends with a prioritized list of fixes. Open Agency View > Prospecting, or Marketing > Prospecting in a sub-account, add the business as a prospect with the audit on, open the report, pick AI Search Visibility, then Share Report by email, SMS or link.
The heatmap. The same audit has an SEO Heatmap: nine points around the business, the center weighted 20% and each outer point 10%, showing where they rank for a keyword and who the top 3 local competitors are. It needs Premium Prospecting.
The fixes. Listings syncs the business info to 70+ directories (Reputation > Listings in the sub-account). Schema auto-generation (changelog, Jul 2026) adds schema to any website, funnel or webinar page published without it, from Settings > SEO & AEO, and it's on by default for sites created since then. llms.txt (changelog, Jul 2026) is edited per domain in Funnels & Websites > Settings > Domains > Edit Domain and served at yourdomain.com/llms.txt. Add review requests and a clean Google Business Profile and you've covered every area the score checks.
What not to promise. HighLevel's own help doc says the score shows readiness for AI discovery and doesn't promise any AI assistant will recommend the business. So sell the score and the fixes. "You're at this number, here's the list, I'll fix it and we'll rerun it" is something you control. "ChatGPT will recommend you" isn't, and it fails test 4.
Level 2: core offers that need one sentence or a demo
Level 2 is where most of the AI lives. The outcome is still something the owner wants, but they need one sentence of explanation or a 2-minute demo before it clicks. These are what I add once I'm in the door, or lead with when the business is already a bit more switched on.
| Offer | What you build in GoHighLevel | Why it works up front | How to see they need it before you reach out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reply to every lead in under a minute | Speed to lead workflow on every form and lead source, plus Conversation AI outbound agents that text first | One sentence: "the business that answers first usually gets the job" | Send one real question through their form and time the reply |
| A website that answers and books while you sleep | Chat widget with a Conversation AI agent trained on the business and connected to the calendar | You demo it on your phone in a minute | A contact form only, no chat, no online booking |
| Instagram comments to booked customers | Comment-to-DM automation that replies, asks a question and sends the booking link | They can see the comments sitting there | Comments on their posts asking for the price, with no reply |
| Bring customers back | Loyalty & Referral program with the QR scanner for visits and rewards, plus SMS | Owners of repeat-visit businesses already think in regulars | A repeat-visit business (salon, cafe, car wash) with no loyalty program anywhere online |
| Take deposits | Payment on the booking calendar, or partial payments on Rentals (deposit now, balance later) | A deposit is the simplest fix for a cancelled booking they've already lost money on | High-value bookings or rentals taken by phone or DM with no way to pay online |
| Ads with follow-up | Ad Manager campaigns tied to a speed to lead workflow. Never ads alone. | They already spend on ads. You sell the follow-up that catches the leads. | Meta Ad Library shows them running ads, and one real inquiry through the ad's form gets a slow reply |
| Your own app | Client Portal AI App Builder for a branded web portal and mobile app | Owners like their own name on an app. A preview makes it real. | A gym or studio using a generic booking app with someone else's name on it |
| Paid community | Communities with paid private channels and multiple pricing plans | A coach or gym can charge for what they're giving away now | A free Facebook group with active members |
Level 2 from my offer framework (Nov 2026). Feature dates from HighLevel's changelog and LevelUp Day 2026 post, read Nov 4, 2026.
Where each Level 2 build lives
Speed to lead and the chat agent: the agent is in Train Conversation AI and the booking side is in Build an AI appointment setter. Outbound Conversation AI agents (Oct 27, 2026, Labs) can start the conversation from a form submission, a missed call or a deal stage change, then follow up on a schedule.
Instagram comments: Instagram comment to DM.
Loyalty & Referral is in private beta (LevelUp Day 2026). The agency turns it on per sub-account in Agency View > Sub-Accounts > Features & Limits, then it's under Marketing > Loyalty.
Partial payments for Rentals shipped Oct 28, 2026: you pick a deposit percentage and when the balance is due, and the balance can charge the same card automatically.
Ads with follow-up: Ad Manager now runs Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok lead campaigns. In my 2024 video on website offers I said running ads without a proper Google listing, reviews and a website is a waste of time. Phase one is the online presence and the follow-up. Ads come after.
Your own app: the Branded Client Portal App is an add-on at $49/month per sub-account (gohighlevel.com/pricing, Nov 4, 2026). Paid channels in Communities shipped Nov 2, 2026, with recurring or one-time pricing.
Level 3: the back end, never the pitch
This is the stuff most GoHighLevel agencies lead with, and it's why owners' eyes glaze over. It's real and it's what makes the front end keep working, but nobody wakes up wanting a pipeline.
| Offer | What you build in GoHighLevel | Why it works up front | How to see they need it before you reach out |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM and pipelines | Contacts, opportunities and pipeline stages that match how they sell | It doesn't. "CRM" fails test 1. | You can't see it from outside. It shows up once you're in: leads in a notebook or an inbox. |
| Nurture and email | Email and SMS sequences for leads who didn't book yet | It doesn't. The result takes weeks, so it fails test 3. | They have no newsletter or follow-up after an inquiry |
| Workflows | The automations behind every Level 1 and Level 2 offer | It doesn't. It's how the outcome happens, so it's never the outcome. | Shows up inside the account |
| Reporting | Dashboards for calls answered, leads, bookings and reviews | It doesn't up front. It's what keeps them paying once the front end is live. | Shows up inside the account |
| A2P and compliance | A2P 10DLC registration, opt-in wording on forms, privacy policy | It doesn't. It's required for texting in the US, so it's part of setup. | Any US business you'll text from |
| White-label SaaS | Your branded HighLevel as the monthly software product | It doesn't up front. "All-in-one software" is a feature list. It's the monthly product once they trust you. | Comes last, once a front-end offer is live |
Level 3 from my offer framework (Nov 2026). These come with the front-end and core offers. You don't pitch them on their own.
Two rules that go with the tables
Rule 1: pick the offer from what you can see. Don't decide you're selling voice agents and then go hunting. Look at the business first: call after hours, read the reviews, check the rank, ask ChatGPT, run the Prospecting audit, open their website on your phone. Whatever is broken in public is your offer. And one genuine test inquiry only. Send one real question through their form or one real call. Never book fake appointments or fill their calendar with test bookings to prove a point.
Rule 2: sell the outcome, the system is the how. "Never miss a call" is the offer. Voice AI, a workflow and a calendar are how you deliver it. The owner doesn't need to hear the second sentence unless they ask. In my video breaking down an agency that sells to mortgage brokers, the point I kept coming back to was: always have some sort of service attached to the software. Don't just hand them the software, because they're going to get confused and they're not going to justify the value on an ongoing basis.
The ladder: front end, core, back end
Every client goes up the same ladder. They start with one Level 1 offer because it's easy to say yes to. Once it works, you add a Level 2 offer that builds on it: the review client gets the past-customer campaign, the missed-call client gets the chat agent and speed to lead. The Level 3 pieces come along with those, and the white-labelled software becomes the monthly product they log into, with your name on it. The white-label setup is in White label guide.
If you want to see what other agencies sell at each level, look at HighLevel's award list. Every agency on it has 100+, 500+ or 1,000+ client sub-accounts (GoHighLevel awards explained), and most of their sites show a simple front-end offer with the GoHighLevel features sold behind it. In my video on this I said to stick to the Gold tier for ideas, because those are easier to copy than the big personal brands at the top.
How to charge for it: setup fee, monthly fee and rebilled usage
You set your own prices. The structure most agencies use, and the one I use, is a one-time setup fee for the build plus a monthly fee to run and maintain it. The monthly part makes sense because the system keeps working every month. Price on the problem you fix and the work involved, not hours.
Some offers come with a product HighLevel lets you resell at your own price. Premium Prospecting costs $29/month per sub-account (gohighlevel.com/pricing, Nov 4, 2026). In Agency View you enable it under Reselling, set the client price, and can give one client a different price. The client clicks Subscribe Now inside Prospecting, pays you, and HighLevel charges your agency its cost. Listings is $30/month per sub-account on the same page. You set the client price with a slider in Agency View > Reselling > Listings, offer monthly, 6-month or annual terms, and the client activates it from Reputation > Listings. You can also turn it on without charging the client and include it in your monthly fee.
Then there's usage: texts, calls, emails and AI. On the $297 Unlimited plan you can rebill phone and email at cost. On the $497 Founder plan you can add your own markup and use SaaS mode (gohighlevel.com/pricing, Nov 4, 2026). For Conversation AI and Voice AI there's a choice per product and per client: a markup on HighLevel's token cost, or a fixed rate per message or per minute that you set. The fixed rate is easier to explain to a small business that doesn't know what a token is. You set it in Manage Client > Rebilling settings, in a SaaS plan, or from the AI usage dashboard. Rates are in Usage fees, and SaaS mode is in SaaS mode guide.
Coming soon: Field Services
HighLevel put Field Services into private beta on Nov 3, 2026. It's an industry module for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping and other businesses that work at the customer's location: requests, estimates, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payment in one place, on web and mobile. It's private beta, so don't sell it yet. Once it's out, "see every job and every technician in one place" could become a Level 2 offer for home service clients who already use your front-end builds.

FAQ
What should I sell first with GoHighLevel?
A Level 1 offer that matches what you can see is broken: never miss a call, more Google reviews, showing up on Google Maps and in ChatGPT, a website that books jobs, reactivating past customers, or fewer no-shows. Each one uses words the owner already uses, can be demoed in minutes and shows a result within a week.
Should I sell GoHighLevel as an all-in-one CRM?
Not as the first thing. "All-in-one CRM" is a feature list and fails the first test, because owners don't use those words. Lead with an outcome, then make your white-labelled software the monthly product once the front-end offer is working.
Can I sell AI search visibility or ChatGPT rankings with GoHighLevel?
You can sell the AI Search Visibility score from the Marketing Audit Report and the fixes it lists: listings, reviews, schema, llms.txt, crawler access and a site an AI assistant can book through. HighLevel says the score doesn't promise any AI assistant will recommend the business, so don't sell a ranking in ChatGPT.
Is running ads a good first offer for a GoHighLevel agency?
Not on its own. Ads are easy to understand but you don't control the result. Sell ads only with the follow-up attached, so every lead gets a reply in under a minute, and only after the business has a proper Google listing, reviews and a website.
How do I know which offer a business needs before I contact them?
Look for the public signal: an unanswered call after hours, reviews that say nobody called back, a low review count against the top 3, a weak rank or ChatGPT answer, no website, ads running with slow follow-up, or price questions left unanswered on Instagram. HighLevel's Prospecting audit puts several of these in one report.
How should I price GoHighLevel services?
Most agencies charge a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee, and you set both. Some products, like Premium Prospecting and Listings, can be resold at a price you set, and usage like AI messages and calls can be rebilled at a markup or a fixed rate you choose.
Can I resell GoHighLevel's Listings and Prospecting tools?
Yes. Both are set up in Agency View > Reselling, where you choose the client price, and the client subscribes from inside their sub-account. As of Nov 4, 2026, HighLevel lists Premium Prospecting at $29/month and Listings at $30/month per sub-account.
