HighLevel's awards are yearly recognitions handed out at its LevelUp event every October. The SaaSpreneur awards go to agencies on the $497 plan based on how many client sub-accounts they run: Gold for 100+, Platinum for 500+ and Diamond for 1,000+. There are separate awards for affiliates, Marketplace app developers and a vehicle rewards program.

My agency, Hexona Systems, won Platinum in 2024 and Diamond in 2025 and again in 2026. So this is the program explained by someone who's been through it. It's also the clearest public proof that running an agency on HighLevel is a real business: in 2026 HighLevel listed over a thousand agencies across the three SaaSpreneur tiers.

Short version

  • 01SaaSpreneur tiers count client sub-accounts, not revenue. Gold 100+, Platinum 500+, Diamond 1,000+, and you need to be on the $497 plan.
  • 02Affilionaire awards are for affiliates, based on new commissions in a September to August year. They stop at Gold. There's no Diamond affiliate tier.
  • 03You apply for SaaSpreneur by August 31, HighLevel audits your account, and winners walk the stage at LevelUp. Your first award is free if you attend, $90 shipping.
  • 04In 2026 HighLevel listed 902 Gold, 109 Platinum and 110 Diamond SaaSpreneur agencies.

Every HighLevel award program

HighLevel says every award is "earned, not entered": your account is reviewed against the criteria and HighLevel confirms who qualifies. There are five programs on the 2026 awards page.

What counts as a sub-account?

A sub-account is one business's account inside your HighLevel agency, usually one client. They get their own contacts, calendars, website and automations, under your brand if you white label. So the SaaSpreneur tiers measure how many businesses run on your platform, not how much revenue you make.

You also need to be on the Agency Pro plan, the $497 one HighLevel now calls Founder, with an active SaaS product built on HighLevel (see SaaS mode guide).

My path from Platinum to Diamond

When I was starting out I told myself I wanted to win these awards. We actually skipped Gold because the agency grew quickly, went straight to Platinum at the 2024 Summit, then won Diamond in 2025 and again in 2026. HighLevel's public lists back that up, under Hexona Systems. The photos and the full list are on my About page.

I've also been on the Affilionaire list each of those years, which is the affiliate side: people I referred to HighLevel staying on the platform.

Is it worth it? For me the award is social proof. Being able to show a prospect you're an award-winning HighLevel agency helps, and it's the same reason I trust advice more from people who've actually built what they're teaching.

How do you win a SaaSpreneur award?

Grow the number of businesses on your platform. The way I did it was selling systems that fix a specific problem, like an AI receptionist or lead follow-up, with the white-labelled CRM included, so each client becomes a sub-account. My full process is in Start an AI automation agency.

Then apply. SaaSpreneur applications close August 31 each year (the 2026 cycle closed on August 31, 2026), one submission per year. HighLevel audits accounts after applications close and emails winners their tier before LevelUp.

Do you pay for the award?

If you qualify and attend LevelUp, HighLevel covers your first award and you pay $90 shipping. Extra awards, or an award if you didn't attend, are $790 including shipping. HighLevel provides one award per company with a LevelUp ticket.

Order forms go out in the weeks after LevelUp, and shipping takes at least 4 to 8 weeks. They're too big for PO boxes, apparently.

When and where are the awards given?

At the Awards Gala during LevelUp, HighLevel's yearly event (it used to be called the HighLevel Summit). LevelUp 2026 ran October 26 to 29 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, and the black-tie gala was the Wednesday night. 2025 was the first year the awards moved to an evening gala. There's a waitlist for 2027 but no dates published yet.

Qualifiers walk the stage and get a photo with HighLevel's co-founders, Shaun, Varun and Robin.

Affilionaire vs Commander

Both are for affiliates and both reset every September to August. Affilionaire is the award with Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers based on new commissions. Commander is a separate status for top affiliates that you have to re-earn every year, and it comes with perks instead of a trophy: the Commander jacket with yearly badges, a Slack channel inside HighLevel's workspace and priority support for you and your referrals.
