Why I made this
HighLevel is the software my whole business runs on, and there's a lot of misinformation about it out there. People saying half truths, or leaving out how it really works, so you sign up and then find out.
Yes, I'm a HighLevel affiliate, so I get paid if you sign up through my link. That's exactly why I'm telling you the downsides too. I'd rather you sign up knowing all of it, or not sign up at all because it's not right for you. Everything here is either a fact you can check or clearly my opinion, and I'll tell you which.

SMS, email, IG, TikTok, FB
Every message to the business lands in one inbox. I have AI answering a lot of my Instagram DMs straight from here.
Calendars
Replaced Calendly for me
Share a booking link, it syncs to Google Calendar and sends the reminder texts and emails so people actually show up. You can charge for the booking too.
Opportunities
The CRM pipeline
Drag deals from new to won. I leave notes like "interested, can't pay yet" and set a follow-up task so nothing slips.
Payments and contracts
Replaced DocuSign for me
Send an invoice, they pay by card, it lands in Stripe. Upload a PDF contract, drop in signature and date fields, they e-sign it.
AI agents
Voice + Instagram DM
This is half of what I sell. An AI receptionist for a business, or a DM agent that answers and books. The prompt is plain English.
