GoHighLevel pricing in 2026: every plan, add-on and usage fee

Heads up: the trial buttons on this page use my affiliate link. If you sign up through it I get a commission. It doesn't cost you more.

As of October 2026, GoHighLevel has three self-serve plans: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Founder at $497, plus a custom-priced Enterprise plan. Phone numbers, texts, emails and premium AI are billed on top based on usage, and add-ons like AI Employee cost extra per sub-account.

I'm on the $497 plan and I'd still tell most people to start on Unlimited. Below is every price from HighLevel's pricing page, and the stuff that isn't in the headline number.

Short version

  • 01Starter ($97) caps you at 3 sub-accounts, which runs out fast once you have clients.
  • 02Unlimited ($297) is the one I'd start on: unlimited sub-accounts, and you can rebill phone and email to clients at cost.
  • 03Founder ($497) is for SaaS mode and rebilling with your own markup. I'm on it, but you don't need it as a beginner.
  • 04Paying yearly costs 10 months' worth, so you get 2 months free.

How much does each GoHighLevel plan cost?

Every plan comes with unlimited contacts and unlimited users. The main thing that changes between them is how many sub-accounts you get (one sub-account is basically one business or one client) and how you can bill clients for usage.

Heads up on names: the pricing page calls the $497 plan Founder, but HighLevel's own FAQ on the same page still calls it the Pro plan, and you'll see Agency Pro and SaaS Pro in older videos. It's all the same plan.

What costs extra?

These are the optional add-ons HighLevel lists. Most of them are per sub-account, so they multiply with every client you turn them on for. On the Founder plan you can resell most of them with your own markup.

Are there hidden fees?

Not hidden exactly, but the plan price isn't your whole bill. HighLevel charges on usage for phone numbers, texts, emails and premium AI, and that's on every plan (rates in Usage fees). The new AI workflow actions are the same: web search in the AI Agent action is 1 cent a search on OpenAI and Claude models, for example.

The difference between plans is who pays for it. On Starter you eat it. On Unlimited you can rebill it to your clients at cost, and on Founder you can add your own markup. Usage can also be billed during the free trial, so don't blast 5,000 texts on day two lol.

There's no contract. It's month to month, you can cancel from your dashboard, and if you upgrade mid-month you only pay the prorated difference.

Which plan should you get?

If you're starting an agency, Unlimited. Starter's 3 sub-accounts are fine for one business or for testing, but you'll need a 4th the moment you land a few clients, and then you're upgrading anyway. Unlimited also lets you white label the app so clients log into your own domain with your logo. The setup is in White label guide.

Founder is for when you're actually reselling the software with your own pricing and rebilling usage with a markup. I'm on it because that's how Hexona runs. But I've also got a whole video on why I don't think the classic white label SaaS pitch works for beginners anymore (see SaaS mode guide), so don't buy Founder just because a YouTuber told you SaaS mode is the move.

If you're one business that only needs a CRM, a calendar and some follow-ups, Starter is enough.

Is paying yearly worth it?

Yearly is priced at 10 months, so you get 2 months free. On Unlimited that's $2,970 instead of $3,564, a $594 difference. On Starter it saves $194 and on Founder $994.

It only makes sense once you know you're staying for the year. Use the trial and your first month or two to figure that out first.

How I'd keep the bill low at the start

  1. 01

    Start on the trial

30 days through my link on the Unlimited plan, instead of the normal 14.

  2. 02

Build for one client before you pay for add-ons

Get one sub-account working with a calendar, pipeline and a follow-up workflow before you turn on AI Employee or anything per sub-account.

  3. 03

    Turn on rebilling

On Unlimited and up, rebill phone and email usage to the client's card so it's not coming out of your margin.

FAQ

Is there a free GoHighLevel plan?

No. As of October 2026 there's no free plan, just the free trial: 14 days normally, or 30 days through a partner link like mine (see 30-day free trial).

What's the cheapest way to use GoHighLevel?

Starter at $97 a month, or $970 a year. You get 3 sub-accounts and all the core features. Usage like texts and calls is billed on top.

Does the $97 plan include white label?

White labeling the web app is listed as something you can do with your own domain and branding. I'd do it on Unlimited ($297), since Starter's 3 sub-accounts limit how many clients you can put on it.

How much is AI Employee?

$50 a month per sub-account for the Growth plan or $97 a month per sub-account for Unlimited, as of October 2026. That's on top of your HighLevel plan.
