GoHighLevel white label: how to rebrand HighLevel as your own software

Heads up: the trial buttons on this page use my affiliate link. If you sign up through it I get a commission. It doesn't cost you more.

To white label GoHighLevel, point a subdomain like app.yourdomain.com at HighLevel with a CNAME record, add it under Agency Settings > Company > Whitelabel, and upload your logo, so your clients log in on your domain under your brand. HighLevel calls out the branded app and custom domains on the $297 Unlimited plan, and a white-label iOS and Android app is a separate add-on at $497 a month as of October 2026.

My white label is called Hexona Systems. The URL has my company name in it, the logo in the top left is mine, and my clients never see the word HighLevel. Below is the full setup with menu paths, what each piece costs, and the few places a client can still spot the platform underneath.

The video version

Short version

  • 01The core white label is a subdomain (app.yourdomain.com) with a CNAME to whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud, plus your logo and legal links. SSL sets itself up.
  • 02HighLevel puts branded desktop app and custom domains on the $297 Unlimited plan. I'd start there anyway, because Starter's 3 sub-accounts run out fast.
  • 03Set up the API domain and a sending domain too, or your links and emails still go out on HighLevel's defaults.
  • 04The white-label mobile app is $497 a month (or $1,491 a quarter) on top of your plan. The installable desktop app has its own customizer in the Agency Dashboard.

How to white label GoHighLevel, step by step

  1. 01

    Pick your subdomain

Use a subdomain, never your root domain. Most agencies use app, so it's app.yourdomain.com. HighLevel's docs warn that adding a root domain that's already in use can break your website or mailbox.

  2. 02

    Add the CNAME record

At your DNS provider, create a CNAME with the host set to your subdomain (app) and the value whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud. Leave TTL on default. On Cloudflare, set it to DNS only (orange cloud off), and don't keep an A record on the same subdomain.

  3. 03

    Save it in HighLevel

In your agency account go to Agency View > Settings > Company > Whitelabel, type the full subdomain into Whitelabel Domain and click Update. HighLevel issues the SSL certificate on its own once DNS points the right way. DNS can take up to 30 minutes.

  4. 04

Upload your logo and legal links

On the same Whitelabel tab, upload your logo (about 350 x 180 px, under 2.5 MB) and paste your Privacy Policy and Terms URLs. The logo shows on the login screen, the app header and notification emails.

  5. 05

Brand your links with the API domain

Still under Company > Whitelabel > Domains, click Add Domain and add something like links.yourdomain.com (CNAME to brand.ludicrous.cloud). That changes the domain on forms, surveys, calendar links, trigger links, payment links and review links for every sub-account. Click Update Company to save. A client can have their own under Settings > Business Profile > Branded Domain.

  6. 06

Give each client a sending domain

In the client's sub-account, go to Settings > Email Services > Dedicated Domain and IP and add a subdomain like mail.theirbusiness.com. Without it, emails show HighLevel's sending servers in the "sent via" line. If client emails still land in spam after that, see Emails going to spam.

  7. 07

    Tidy up the rest

Turn on Google login for your domain on the Whitelabel tab, swap in your own templates under Agency Settings > System Emails, and add custom CSS if you want your colors on the login page and sidebar.

  8. 08

Log in as a client and check

Invite yourself as a user in a test sub-account (Settings > Staff), open app.yourdomain.com in an incognito window and click around like a client would. That's the screen they'll see.

What can you white label, and what does it cost?

Most of the white label is settings you fill in once at the agency level. The two pieces that cost extra are the mobile app and the client portal app. Prices and menu paths below are from HighLevel's pricing page and help docs.

Which GoHighLevel plan do you need for white label?

HighLevel's white label CRM page puts "Branded Desktop App, Custom Domains and Complete Control Over the Look and Feel of the Platform" on the Unlimited card at $297 a month. That's where I tell everyone to start. The $97 plan also limits you to three sub-accounts, so even if you could brand it, you'd run out of room after a few clients.

To be fair, HighLevel's pages aren't perfectly consistent. The same page's Starter card lists "White Label" in a long feature list next to "SaaS Mode", which the pricing page puts on the $497 plan, and the help docs don't name a plan at all. If you're on Starter, check Agency Settings > Company > Whitelabel during your trial and see what's there.

I'm on the $497 plan, and you don't need that to white label.

What your clients actually see

Your agency account is only for you. That's where you manage every client. Each client gets a sub-account, and that's the product: their contacts, their conversations inbox, their website, their automations. You invite them in as a user and they log in at your domain, on your login page, with your logo.

A client in one sub-account can't see your agency view, your own sub-account or any other client's. Every one of my clients sits in their own sub-account under the Hexona Systems brand.

Where clients can still spot HighLevel (or LeadConnector)

LeadConnector is HighLevel's unbranded name, and it's what shows up in the few places your white label doesn't reach. None of these say HighLevel, but a curious client can google them. Here's where they show up, from HighLevel's own docs:

  • The free mobile app. Without the paid white-label app, clients download "Lead Connector" from the App Store, published by LeadConnector LLC.
  • Google sign-in. When a user clicks Sign in with Google on your domain, it briefly goes through login.leadconnectorhq.com.
  • Links, until you add the API domain. Forms, calendars and review requests use HighLevel's default domain.
  • Email headers, until you add a sending domain. Emails show HighLevel's servers in the "sent via" line.
  • The client portal, which lives on clientclub.net unless you give it a custom domain.
  • Help docs and API docs. HighLevel's sub-account help center is on help.leadconnectorhq.com, and the API docs for white label partners are on the LeadConnector domain.

The white-label desktop app

This one's new in 2026, and it's different from the whitelabel domain. The domain brands the web app in a browser. The desktop app is an installable program for Mac, Windows and Linux with your name and icon on it.

Go to the Agency Dashboard, open the Desktop App tab, and set the theme, app icon, app name, login title and subtitle, full logo (scaled to 512 x 128), background and placeholder images. Save, click Build App, and HighLevel emails you when it's ready. Once it's published, flip the Promote toggle and every sub-account gets a download banner that picks the right installer for their computer. Mac App Store and Microsoft Store listings are listed as coming later.

The white-label mobile app

This is the paid one: $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter as of October 2026, on top of your plan, and included if you're on Enterprise. You get your own app in the App Store and Google Play with your name, icon, colors, fonts, splash screen and login screen, and you choose which modules show in the navigation.

The setup lives under Agency View > Mobile App. Before you start you need a D-U-N-S number, an Apple Developer organization account (individual accounts aren't supported) and a Google Play Console organization account, plus public privacy and terms pages. Then you connect both stores in the customizer, pick monthly or quarterly billing, build an internal test version, and push to production when it works.

For most people starting out I wouldn't buy it yet. The free LeadConnector app works fine, and it doesn't say HighLevel either.

What is the client portal?

People mix this up with the white label login, but it's for your client's customers. It's where their students take courses, join communities and check affiliate commissions. It sits on clientclub.net by default.

Give it a custom domain under Memberships > Client Portal > Settings > Domain Setup, using the A record or CNAME HighLevel shows you, and set the logo, favicon and colors for each sub-account. If a client wants their own portal app in the app stores, that's the Branded Client Portal App at $49 a month per sub-account.

White label SaaS: should you sell HighLevel as your own software?

White label SaaS means taking HighLevel, putting your own name, logo and colors on it, and selling it as your software. I did exactly that with Hexona Systems, and it's how I got to where I am. Hexona won HighLevel's Platinum SaaSpreneur award in 2024 and Diamond in 2025 and 2026 (see GoHighLevel awards explained).

But by the end of 2024 there were over 50,000 HighLevel agencies, a lot of them selling the same white label CRM. When everyone's product is the same, all anyone can compete on is price. So now I sell automated systems that fix a specific problem, built in HighLevel, and the white label CRM comes with it as the complimentary dessert.

The white label is what makes that pitch work. If you hand a business somebody else's software, they'll just sign up for it themselves. If it's branded as yours, it's your product. SaaS mode, where people subscribe to your plans and get an account automatically, is the $497 Founder plan (see SaaS mode guide). You don't need it to start.

From my own account

My white label is Hexona Systems. Clients log in on my domain, the logo in the top left is mine, and nowhere does it say HighLevel. I'm on the $497 plan, but I'd tell you to start on $297, because that's the one with the white label and unlimited sub-accounts.

FAQ

Can I white label GoHighLevel on the $97 plan?

HighLevel's white label page puts custom domains and the branded app on the $297 Unlimited plan, and Starter only has 3 sub-accounts. I'd start on $297. Through my link you get a 30-day free trial on it instead of the usual 14.

How much does GoHighLevel white label cost?

The branded web app, domain, logo, links and email domains come with the $297 Unlimited plan and up. The white-label mobile app is an extra $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter, and the Branded Client Portal App is $49 a month per sub-account, as of October 2026. Email and texts are billed on usage (rates in Usage fees).

What CNAME do I use for the GoHighLevel white label domain?

Point your subdomain (for example app) to whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud. For branded links, point a second subdomain (for example links) to brand.ludicrous.cloud. On Cloudflare, set both to DNS only.

Can I use my root domain for the white label?

No. HighLevel says to use a subdomain like app.yourdomain.com, and a root domain that already runs your website or email can break if you add it.

Will my clients know I use GoHighLevel?

Not from the app. With the domain, logo, API domain and sending domain set up, they see your brand. The free mobile app and a couple of login and help links say LeadConnector, which is HighLevel's unbranded name. The paid white-label mobile app removes the biggest one.

Why isn't my white label domain loading?

Usually DNS. Check the CNAME points only to whitelabel.ludicrous.cloud, there's no A record on the same subdomain, and Cloudflare's proxy is off. Give it up to 30 minutes. If the old domain still shows, clear the field, click Update Company, then enter the new one and save again.

What's the difference between white label and SaaS mode?

White label puts your brand on HighLevel. SaaS mode is the selling part: your own plans and prices, accounts created automatically when someone subscribes, and rebilling usage with your markup. White label starts on $297, SaaS mode is the $497 Founder plan.
