Another prominent ancestor, Sir Afsar ul Mulk, served as a Major-General in Hyderabad under British rule. Honored with titles such as K.C.I.E. (Knight Commander of the India Empire) and M.V.O., he exemplified diplomacy and leadership at the highest levels. His service made him a trusted statesman and a decorated figure in both Indian and British history.
Hamza's great-grandfather, Hesky Baig, carried this tradition of excellence into the modern era as an internationally acclaimed polo champion. A companion of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Hesky's skill and stature brought him into close circles with the British royal family. The Baig family home still holds historic photos of their time together—testament to a life lived with poise, prestige, and power.

He pursued a degree in Finance, not out of a love for spreadsheets, but because he believed money was the gateway to freedom. While his peers chased careers, Hamza was chasing leverage. He wasn’t just studying, he was building. From pitch competitions to hackathons and case battles, he honed his voice, sharpened his leadership, and developed the conviction to define his entrepreneurial journey.
Though entrepreneurship was always the endgame, university gave him structure, discipline, and the strategic edge to build faster and better foundations that would later shape Hamza Automates, a brand now trusted by thousands in AI automation.
Today, Hamza Baig is the founder of Hexona Systems—an automation agency and software platform that helps thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners implement AI-powered workflows at scale.
What began as client outreach under the alias "Hamza Automates" quickly became bigger. His content went viral, resonating with a generation hungry to learn automation. His Skool community grew to over 30,000 members, and Hamza found himself not just delivering solutions but teaching the world how to build them. This momentum gave birth to the Automation Incubator—his flagship program designed to help others launch their automation agencies and monetize their skills.
